On behalf of our client, a leading company operating successfully in Albania and Kosovo in the industry of high quality equipment and materials, AIMS Albania is looking to hire a Marketing Manager to support their growing operations.

Role:
The role of this position will be the growth of the company's revenue through sales and marketing strategies in line with customer requirements.

Responsibilities:
• Analyzes and explores prices, demand and competition, and creates proposals in close cooperation with the Sales Department.
• Creates and introduces different ideas and strategies and organizes promotional activities.
• Uses and analyzes business and market data to improve product performance and profitability.
• Compiles statistical and financial information, and reports them periodically to Management.
• Ideates, develops and implements marketing plans alongside third parties.
• Identifies and analyzes the market and monitors marketing strategies by setting goals and targets for the company's growth in volume and geographic reach.
• Manages and promotes the development of new products in cooperation with other departments of the company.
• Establishes and develops relationships between company and clients.
• Identifies and develops concrete measures for achieving and overcoming the objectives.
• Builds and manages the company's online strategy to generate leads: website, social media, online promotions etc.

Requirements:
• Degree in Economics / Business / Marketing
• Minimum 3 - 4 year work experience in marketing and sales
• Very good knowledge of English and Italian languages.
• Great analytical and research skills, combined with creative thinking.
• The candidate must be an energetic person with very good communication skills and group work, flexibility and creativity.
