Tirana International Airport Sh.p.k. (“TIA”) is seeking for an
IT&T Technician

who will report to the Information Technology and Telecommunication Director of the company.

Main tasks and responsibilities of the position:
Responsible to diagnose IT equipment problems, monitor computer processing systems, install software and perform tests on IT equipment and programs. Set up IT equipment and schedule maintenance
Responsible for analyzing and diagnosing problems related to TIA IT&T systems and developing effective solutions
Responsible for providing general IT support to staff and customers (office automation)
Responsible for performing check for every IT dedicated system
Responsible to orient new users to existing technology
Responsible to prepare detailed shift reports

Requirements of the position:
Bachelor degree in Informatics/Computer Science/Electronic Engineering
Knowledge of general IT, office automation: TCP/IP Ethernet Networking; PC Maintenance Hardware/Software; Printers/Scanners; Telephony
Knowledge on: CCTV, Access Control Systems, Metal Detector Bridges and Material Detection Scanners
At least two years of working experience in related job responsibilities
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Very good communication and interpersonal skills; Fluent in English language
Ability to multi-task, organize and coordinate
Analytical, numerical and problem solving skills
Available to work in 3 shifts
