The responsibilities of this position are acting as a reference person in the Bank for the Corporate Companies of the respective portfolio, approaching and keeping continuous contact with them, offering the full range of banking products related to these customers, including project finance deals, proposing credit facilities for this segment, being aware and up-dated on current financial situation of the borrower, follow up the process related with the financing and other banking transactions of these clients in RBAL. This position is also responsible for promoting to an efficient cross-selling and work flow for all trade-related products.

Duties:
•Acts as a reference person in the Bank, keeping contacts with Corporate Companies of the respective portfolio;
•Contacts new potential clients and present the accurate image of the bank as well as the services offered;
•Monitors the local & international market, analyzes the industries and sectors viability, being aware of the trends and priorities in the micro, macro-economic and political framework;
•Tailoring the proper product package for the corporate customers upon the business needs and being in line with the corporate policies in place;
•Is responsible for cooperating and negotiating with product managers for Trade Finance deals and following up the business workflow;
•Promoting an efficient cross-selling and work flow for all trade-related products;
•Monitoring the clients’ financial and economic performance and taking the necessary precautions in case of eventual deterioration of such situation by:
-Protecting the Bank’s assets;
-Bringing to the attention of the Department Head such situation and propose the way out;

Other responsibilities:
•Revise/prepare the file proposal, reviews the performance for the existing portfolio customers and the recently approached ones; presents the information/application to the respective head of department and/or to the Credit Risk Management;
•Is responsible for coaching, training and mentoring of the respective Junior A/M;
•Monitors portfolio results, progress versus personal objectives;
•Interacts and coordinates with all the supporting functions of the bank to contribute in the efficiency of the work flow;
•Monitors the borrowers’ compliance with the loan conditions governing the Credit Line issued by the Bank and report any deviation to the Department Head;
•Follows up daily issues as assigned by the respective supervisor (Department Head).

Reqiurements:
•University Degree in Economics, Finance or Business Administration;
•Other qualifications regarding corporate lending and marketing issues;
•At least two years of work experience in Corporate sales or other similar sales positions;
•Critical thinking, very good analytical skills;
•Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
•Able to build constructive and cooperative working relationships with others, and maintaining them over time;
•Available to travel and to work overtime if required;
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
•Very good English skills in speaking and writing; other foreign language skills preferable;
•Very good computer skills.
