Duties:
Ensuring of taking and administering properly, all mortgage contracts, send to HO by Tirana Branches, for registering in RERO,
To apply in time and in effective way, to RERO for the registration of mortgage contracts of BKT Tirana Branches,
To receive the blocking certificate or cartels, in favor of BKT, after the issuance of the certificate, from the RERO, and to inform the respective credit Departments or the branches,
To prepare the necessary financial documents and to follow the procedures for the transfer of funds, to respective loan clients of Tirana Branches,
To prepare the reports as requested by the Superior,
To behave in compliance with the regulations and principles of the Bank,
To make sure that his/her work is completed correctly on time,
To assume the other responsibilities & routine or special duties associated with the function of Legal Affairs Department as demanded by Superior.

Requirements:
To have graduated from Law Faculties, offering a minimum 4-year education program and any other domestic and/or foreign university,
Having ability to represent and co-ordinate,
PC Knowledge in user level,
Success in human relations,
Reliable, patient and careful,
To be able to use bicycle, motorcycle and to have driver license,
To use initiatives.
