We are a group of two companies F&M Reklama and BROTECH Brands, which are growing very fast, because of young and energized people.
We are looking for a Human Resources Manager to assist in all areas, administration and coordination of Human Resources at all facilities of our companies.

Preference will be given to a candidate who has a strong desire to learn, good character, proven work ethic, and good knowledge of HR management fundamentals.

An intelligent and articulate individual who can relate to people at all levels of an organization and possesses excellent communication skills.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
•Develop recruitment strategies to identify active candidates from various sources.
•Participates in developing department goals, objectives and HR Metrics systems.
•Identifying employee Training and Development opportunities and programs.
•Coaching and mentoring both leadership and employees.
•Talent Acquisition, On-boarding, and Retention.
•Respond to employee requests for information and assistance.
•Partner with employees and management to communicate various human resource policies, procedures, standards and regulations.
•Actively support and be involved in Environmental Health and Safety initiatives
•Assist in administering Company Salary and Benefits Programs
•Improving of HR Policies & Procedures.

Qualified Candidates will have:
•Master Degree in Human Resources or other related degree.
•Must have a minimum of 2-3 years of progressive Human
Resources experience.
•Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and
perform effectively.
•Excellent working knowledge and experience with MS Office and any HR platform is required.
