The PLAZA Tirana is looking for vacant position in Food & Beverage Department.

For the startup of our new 5-star hotel in Tirana, we are recruiting for colleagues to join our growing team.

Waiter/ Waitress/ Barman

Position: WAITER/WAITRESS
• 2-3 years related experience in a 4 or 5 star hotel
• Extensive knowledge of the restaurant and/or food service industry. Ability to use appropriate food and beverage terminology and pronunciation
• To ensure the high standards of service in the restaurant/F&B outlets
• Responsible for the satisfaction of the guests with the service offered and the food & beverage that is presented to them, within the station which is assigned to him
• Assists as required with the actual service of food & beverage.
• Exhibits personal attitude, appearance, in a manner, which will enhance the guests experience and satisfaction.


Position: BARMAN
• 2-3 years related experience in a 4 or 5 star hotel
• Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace, English, Italian & Albanian.
• Ability to handle pressure
• Well organized and able to work under pressure
• Shows initiative and flexibility
• Check for guest satisfaction to see if they would like anything else
• Knows how to handle intoxicated guest
maintains a thorough knowledge of bar menu, wine and beer list
• Should be well aware of all the drinks content to be able to advise guests on selection and promote
additional sales accordingly
• Promotes additional sales by taking opportunities to up-sell in a professional manner
• Has full knowledge of alcohol and liquor policies and regulations
