Bwb Shpk is looking for a Sales Analyst (Non Call Center)
BWB shpk a company that operates in the VoIP Wholesale market, is looking for energetic, high potential and self-motivated individuals to join the team.

PURPOSE OF POSITION:
Achieves daily individual target given by the Team Manager and contributes directly to the overall achievement of the directorate's general target given by the company.

WHAT WE OFFER:
•Trial and training period with the possibility of employment with an indefinite contract
•Full time job (Monday – Friday)
•For the first 3 months a fixed salary of 30,000 ALL + Bonuses related to group and individual performance. Within a year fixed salary goes to 50,000 ALL.
•Opportunity to participate in fairs abroad.

Duties:
•Developing relationships with the existing Partners recommending best work paths and customizing the Customer offers,
•Identifying business opportunities, prospects and the position in the industry,
•Managing relationships with existing and new Customers and Suppliers,
•Maintaining relationships with partners (telecommunications companies), providing support, information, guidance and recommending new opportunities.
•Contributing the team in order to ensure Customer’s satisfaction,
•Data processing and analysis.

Requirements:
•Predisposition to teamwork in a dynamic environment,
•Ability to work under stress,
•Excellent knowledge of English & Italian language,
•Reliability,
•Good communication skills.
