"SWISSMED" Laboratory Solutions shpk. is a local distributor of medical devices established since January 2008, as Exclusive Distributor of Roche Diagnostics products within Albanian territorry.
"SWISSMED" is seeking to employ a qualified person in the position of Sales Representative.

Job Objectives:
•Responsible for all sales activities
•Implements agreed upon Sales & Marketing Plan which will meet both personal and business goals of expanding customer base in the market area.
•To achieve target in line with the vision of the company.
•To establish and maintain the customer’s relationship proffesionally.

Duties:
•Responsible for the sales activities and reports to the Sales and Marketing Executive.
•Develop the sales in the area of responsibility.
•To have good knowledge of the portfolio & pricing.
•To develope and update the data base of the company with information about competition, products, prices and needs from the market of medical devices.
•To develop and update the data base of customers, mainly doctors and laboratories.
•Responsible to develop and maintain excelent clients relationship.
•Continuous track and report of market and competition information.

Requirements:
•University Degree in Biochemistry or Medicine field. It is preferable to have master degree in Marketing or MBA.
•Relevant experience (at least 3) in a competitive environment.
•Strong analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information.
•Experience in developing the sales marketing strategies. Experience in a health care company will be an advantage.
•Strong skills in problem-solving.
•Excellent knowledge of English Language.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong team work.
•PC literate (Fluent with MS Office packages).
