Handel all subscriber provisioning ADSL, PSTN, VDSL, FIXGSM, IPTV, SQL Server.

Duties:
Using all the tools for subscriber operations like: JIRA, CRM, OTRS
Interface to Sales, Customer Care and Shops
Assign the tasks to respective back offices for individual subscriber operations.
Cooperation and interfacing with Billing, Customer Care, Call Center, Sales sector, Network O&M etc. for main job fulfillment pre sales activities for all subscribers (FIXGSM, PSTN, ADSL, VDSL, IPTV etc.).

Requirements:
· Understanding of RADIUS, DNS, firewall, packet captures, VM, TCP/IP, VLAN, WLAN, VPN and WIFI protocols and technologies.
· Good knowledge of methods for delivering telecommunication services like LAN L2/L3, Ethernet SDH etc.
· Very Good knowledge of English language
· Able to work under pressure
· Able and willing to work in team
· Availability to work with shifts

Experience:
· 1 year of experience in telecommunications industry.

Education:
· University degree in Telecommunication Engineering, Electronic Engineering or IT.
