Site/Civil Engineer

Description:
Responsible for the proper installation and execution of civil works at the sites of Lindner including finishing works in buildings. Responsible to fulfill the official documentation of the construction site which will be submitted in the relevant institution. Accurate preparation of the tender documentations and tender procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
Technical evaluation, clarification and definition of the system requirements from the design to the implementation stage. Supervise and evaluate the work of subcontractors / suppliers / in part on the quality and in scheduled time implementation. On the basis of the project progress must prepare time schedule, measurement sheets of the civil works installation.

Requirements:
Higher Technical for Civil Engineering and at least 5 years of working experience; Knowledge of operative normative/codes documents regulating the construction process; Knowledge of the regulations concerning all applicable regulations governing the construction process, HSE regulations, the costs of labor, materials and equipment; Excellent computer literacy: MS EXCEL, MS WORD, MS PROJECT; CAD-programs; Very good command of technical English, German is an advantage; Reliable and fast handling of figures and ability to work in a team and in collaboration with other teams.
