Front Office Manager

Key pillars:
To ensure the professional and effective running of the day-to-day Front Office operation in accordance with all hotel Standards and Policies and Procedures
To be responsible for short and long term planning and day-to-day operations of the FO and related areas. Recommend budget and manage expenses/margins within approved budget constraints.

The candidate for this position will be an expert communicator, able to listen effectively, to communicate clearly and in a friendly way, to solve the issue and keep the guest happy, able to check-in, check-out of hotel guest according to Mak Tirana Standards. Assure high degree of guest satisfaction.

Job knowledge/skills:
Should have demonstrated management skills in previous experiences
Excellent presentation and communication skills insuring delivery of superior guest service.
Displays strong skills in effective planning, organization and team motivation.
Competent in use of Microsoft office programs.
Problem-Solving Skills
Attentive to details and required standards
Fluent in Albanian & English Language
Availability to work as per business shifts

Education: University degree and above

Experience required:
Experience in the similar role for at least 1 year
