We are looking for specialists for Fier and Durres. This notice is for the position:
Leasing/Customer Service Specialist

Purpose of the position:
To serve customers;

Responsibility:
Is responsible to maintain confidentiality and not to make such kind of information accessible to the third parties;
Is responsible to notify his/her supervisor of a possible hazard, which may harm the company;
Is responsible for the mistakes caused by him/her;
Is responsible to protect and take care of the company’s equipment which was given to him/her.

Main Duties:
Give all the information and service to the clients by consulting with them.
Fill in loan request letters and present them on committee.
Evaluate cars and make contracts.
Keep documents in organized way, double-check and archive them according to procedure.
Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries.
Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
Meet personal/customer service team sales targets.
Follow procedures, guidelines and policies.
Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies.
Impact the company’s bottom line by problem solving and turning frustrated clients into repeat customers.
Fullfill other duties connected to work.

Mandatory:
Higher education in Business Administration;
Knowledge of Office Programms – Microsoft Office;
English language;
Working experience in banks or other financial institutions.
Sense of responsibly;
Social skills, Collegiality;
Ability to make independent decisions;

Ability to keep the same emotional state;
