Collateral Appraiser position is established under Collateral Appraiser Unit and Integrated Risk Division for the main purpose of judgment, evaluation, monitoring and reviewing of properties accepted as collateral in favor of RBAL.

Deuties:
•Evidence keeping about the appraisal reports arrived in Bank
•Checking of Appraisal Reports prepared by External Appraisers accepted by the bank, to be in conformity with Group Directives/Requirements and Internal Procedures of RBAL.
•Checking of Appraisal Reports prepared by External Appraisers for the resulted collateral market value and methodology used, which should be in accordance with the local and Group Directives;
•Checking of Appraisal Reports prepared by External Appraisers for their fees, which should be in accordance to the agreement with the Bank;
•Determination of accepted market values
•Estimate the external appraisers reports and register the proper feedback in the respective tools/databases
•Evaluation/Revaluation of the collateral (pledges) and preparing of appraisal reports, opinions in accordance with the internal guideline-s/procedure-s, processes and/or external regulations.
•Monitor the collateral evaluation process and conduct add-hoc site visits for the collaterals accepted by the bank
•Revaluation, reviewing and determination of market values for WO/Collection cases and/or cases entering Bailiff procedures
•Monitor and report on the situation of the market trends and values regarding mortgages, pledges, etc maintaining the Market Price Database up to dated
•Assist External Appraisers with the required feedback during their evaluation/revaluation process.

Requirements:
•A University Degree in Mechanical Engineering
•At least 2 Years of Experience in Banking sector, also a minimum 3 years of work experience in total.
•Appraisal License, prefer First Level
•Driver License, B Class
•Ability to represent and co-ordinate
•PC Knowledge in user level
•Reliable, patient and careful; able to travel and to take initiatives;
•Flexible, able to work overtime;
•Very good communication skills;
•Very good team player;
•Very good working knowledge of spoken and written English;
