Albanian HR Solutions l.t.d is a company providing services in Executive Search, General Search & Recruitment, Career Management and Consulting based in Tirana (AL).

We are looking for a potential candidate for the position of:
Legal Advisor

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Supports the company in drafting contracts of all types;
• Supports the company in revising any agreements with third parties;
• Supports the company in any negotiation process with third parties;
• Supports the company in any pre-litigation process;
• Supports the company in all litigation processes;
• Provides legal opinions of any kind as requested by the company;
• Supports the company in any contractual conflicts arising from contracts with third parties;
• Supports the company in applications with all governmental institutions regarding
issuance of any license, permit or any other regulatory document.
• Supports the company in applications with the national registration center;
• Supports and inform the company on any new law or amendments to the actual legislation;
• Represent the company in any court proceedings;

Qualifications and Skills:
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Law.
• More than 6 year experience as a senior legal advisor in business environment;
• Fluent in English Language
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law, real estate law and commercial law
• High degree of professional ethics and integrity
• Outstanding written and spoken communication skills.
