Fibank – Albania, a rapidly growing commercial bank, is looking to hire qualified individuals for the position of Personal Banker with Loan Profile for Durres Agency.

Personal Banker is responsible for:
•Assisting the customer to use all products and services the Bank offers for business customers.
•Generating new sales and increasing the volume of lending portfolio for business and individual customers.
•Preparing the loan application and financial analysis.

Requirements:
•University Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Marketing.
•At least 2-3 years banking experience in loan profile.
•The candidate must have excellent communication and negotiation skills, good teamwork, strong presentation skills, be a fast learner and able to adopt quickly to a new and dynamic environment;
•Very good working knowledge of spoken and written English;
•Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
