The PLAZA Tirana is looking for experienced candidate in the Front Office Department

For the startup of our new 5-star hotel in Tirana, we are seeking to hire for the following positions:
Front Desk (Receptionist)

This position requires experience in the same role for at least two years in 4/5 star hotels, preferably run by international hotel chains.

Main requirements for this position:
- To have essential customer orientation "high demanding"
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Flexibility and dynamism
- The willingness to work in shifts
- Ability to work under pressure
- Propensity in application and maintaining the high standards of service of the company
- Fluent knowledge of Albanian, Italian and English, written and spoken,
- Mastery of the package "Office"
- Knowledge of PMS MICROS FIDELIO
- Systems of online booking and GDS would be an advantage.

The research is aimed at candidates that highlight also problem solving skills, time management, accuracy and propensity on selling.
