Procurement Senior Specialist

Purpose of Position:
'Procure and lease any kinds of merchandise and services, for direct and indirect spend categories of the company

Main Tasks:
· Perform market research and identify the most suitable vendors and service providers for sales and marketing products and services
· Follow up on all purchases assigned by the direct superior
· Responsible for sourcing, selection and negotiation with suppliers to achieve the best price while maintaining the highest quality, reliability and service
· Source for new products and alternative suppliers
· Arrange for shipment/freight for materials ordered from overseas suppliers
· Support the requesting department in evaluating the quality of products ordered and coordinate with warehouse and supplier on return of rejected goods and re- delivery of reworked/replacement goods
· Receive and examine incoming requests for procurement from direct superior and determine action required as per company's regulations

Skills:
· Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office Package; Knowledge of SAP is preferred
· Very good communication and negotiating skills
· Very good knowledge of English
· Driving License
· Availability to work overtime when needed

Experience:
· At least 3 years’ experience in similar field

Education:
· Bachelor degree
