ANTEA Cement Sh.A., subsidiary of TITAN Cement Company S.A., has invested in Albania by constructing a technologically advanced cement Plant, and invites qualified professionals to join our Finance Department in the following position:
Working Capital & Reporting Specialist

Objective of position:
The working capital and reporting specialist will be engaged in preparing and providing financial information and analysis to the management on items pertaining to company performance vs. budget, working capital and support with general reporting and analysis as needed. The Working Capital and Reporting Specialist reports to the Head of Budgeting, Reporting and Controlling (BR&C)

Duties:
•Maintain a close working relationship with plants units so that the relevant information from those parties can be obtained in order to ensure the efficient and effective collection of the necessary information. Support various business stakeholders/plant units with adequate information on actual spending’s.
•Monitor specific budgetary targets and follow up actions agreed with Head of BR&C.
•Verify that costs classification is in line with the budget assumptions and Antea Chart of Accounts, and prepare corrections if necessary.
•Take ownership of the forecasting process including specific areas as fixed costs, working capital items and cash flow statement ensuring meeting divisional deadlines and reporting requirements and effectively involving and capturing the input of key managers and communicating outcome to superior
•Prepare and analysemonthly reports which are based on the company reporting requirements list (i.e. MIS stand-alone & Consolidated), update of various presentations and KPI monitoring, ensuring accurate and timely submission to the relevant stakeholders.
•Monitor movements in working capital items and support Head BR&C overviewing working capital exposure of the company and provide valuable information to management on how to adhere to targeted working capital levels with a special emphasis to inventory levels:
•Monitor inventory including reviewing of various categories of inventories, such as replenishment cycles, slow moving items, piling up of un-necessary inventories.
•Advise and collaborate with specific business stakeholders to optimize timing of inventory acquisition with the respective targets of working capital levels.

Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree (Business, Economics, Finance etc.)
•Minimum 3-4 years of relevant work experience
•Business diagnostics skills.
•Numerical and analytical skills, understanding of enterprise financials desirable.
•Effective communication, presentation skills and ability to manage interdepartmental relations.
•Writing skills.
•Business/ financial analytical skills, with the ability to interpret accounts, understanding of IFRS and practice of company financial analysis.
•Hands-on approach, ability to work independently
•Experience in working with SAP will be desirable
•Fluency in English, both written and verbal
•Computer literate: excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel and Power Point, ability to learn new systems quickly.
