CCBS is looking for a potential candidate to fill the vacancy for:
Trade Marketing Specialist

Development, executions and performance of all plan programs designed to increase presence and ultimate take away. Put in place, monitor and improve process to link all marketing activities with activities of sales team.

Main responsibilities:
Carry out specific Trade Marketing programs, respecting company commercial policies, company strategy with the retailers and brand equity
Design, develop, implement and track trade marketing programs for dedicated channels.
Coordinate the conception, production, delivery and installation of any kind of Segmentation materials
Designing a holistic picture of success and merchandising standards for each channel by understanding the unique needs of both shoppers and customers
Monitor and improve processes to better link marketing and commercial activities
Manage budget and ROI for his/her specific Trade Marketing activities.

Skills and qualifications:
University Degree in Marketing or Business Administration
At least two years of experience in marketing or sales area.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent customer service skills; have the ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Strong organization and time management skills.
Excellent attention to details and accuracy.
Very good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Power Point
Good knowledge of English (Italian knowledge would be considered an advantage)
