Fibank Albania is looking to hire a qualified individual for the position of Junior Card Operation Specialist in the Head Office.

Duties:
Daily operational activities with credit & debit cards;
-Coordinate, assist and follow different projects within card department;
-Supervise certain operations and assist on other card department daily work.
- Several operational tasks and analysis of card transactions.
- Respond to Branch / Cardholder inquires
- Other tasks related in in card department We offer:

Requirements:
-Master Degree in Business informatics, Finance or Banking.
-IT profile & knowledge is a bonus.
-Banking experience;
-Experience in card department and/or with VISA products.
-To be focused on operations and have analysis and data mining skills;
-Excellent command of English, written & spoken;
-Very good communication skills & ability to work in team;
-Excellent computer, office software and analytical skills.
