To support the growth of our business in Albania we are looking for enthusiastic, committed,
reliable and result oriented candidates for the position of:
Brand Manager

This position is full-time job based in Tirana, Albania.

Position requirements:
• University education (Bachelor's degree) in Business/Economics/Management/Finance
• Good command of English language, both verbal and written
• Advanced use of MS Office
• Positive, energetic and enthusiastic approach to work
• Integrity and honesty
• Initiative and problem solving skills
• Customer focused, self motivated and able to communicate clearly, both written and in speech
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Awareness for personal learning and development
• Driver's licence (B Category)
• Work experience desired (1 continuous year)

Scope of work:
Day-to-day implementation and following of activities initially planned and agreed with the intention of building the performance of our brands in the market.
Proactive approach in solving challenges that appear on the field of our operations.
Analyzing, planning and deciding on the allocations of marketing funds for certain types of activities with the intent of increasing our sales.
Designing and creating activities and incentives which would suit the market’s needs in the most efficient way.
Managing and recording the expenses as they happen, and reporting of these records to superiors.
Ensuring the right levels of stock at all times, in sync with the sales’ expectations.
Researching consumer markets, monitoring market trends and identifying potential areas to invest in.
Communication and reporting maintenance on regular basis with Principals
