Duties: -Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department. -Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives. -Supporting with marketing campaigns with sales activities. -Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans. -Planning and implementing promotional campaigns. -Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results. -Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity -Preparing online and print marketing campaigns. -Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications. -Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives. -Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups -Be in charge of marketing budget and allocate/invest funds wisely -Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals -Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate -Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Net Insight, Omniture, Web Trends) -Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement-Plan marketing and branding objectives. -Expand product solutions and offerings. -Prepare marketing strategies alongside other company executives and staff. -Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback. -Help on designing ads and publications. -Gather and analyze customer insight. -Engage consumers on social media. -Deepen relationships with all media to ensure the most effective messaging and positioning of the organization. -Take calculated risks based on data-driven analytics. -Drive overall CRM and direct marketing. -Develop and lead a marketing team that will develop and execute new concepts, business models, channels and partners to position business as innovator and leader. Requirements: -BS/MS Degree in Marketing or a related field required -Strong analytical and project management skills. -Confident and dynamic personality. -Strong creative outlook. -Experience as Marketing Manager.
