The Grievance Support role is required to assist TAP Grievance Albania to retroactively create and maintain its grievance database and ensure data integrity. All historical grievance files/documents/communications need to be properly managed according to the TAP information management standard and the requirements of the Grievance Quality management system. The successful person must be able to multi-task and priorities work, be able to focus on required tasks and take responsibility to deliver. The successful person is required to take initiative to problem solving and must work independently. Responsibilities include: Collect and collate all historical grievance files and organize under the TAP Grievance Sharepoint site. Collate all grievance information into Grievance register, verify that all fields are complete. In case of missing information, flag all missing information cases and escalate to Grievance Coordinator for action. Translate grievance descriptions from Albanian into English for input into the grievance management tool. Assist the TAP Grievance Coordinator to backfill all historical data into the Grievance management system. Take part in the SGMT integrity tests to identify any gaps in grievance information available in the grievance management system. Provide assistance on adhoc basis to the TAP Albania Grievance Coordinator during busy periods. Qualifications and skills required: Be patient, tactful, diplomatic and approachable. Be able to stay calm in difficult situations. Have excellent spoken and written communication skills especially English and Albanian. Respect the importance of confidentiality, as you will be dealing with employees' personal details. Problem solving and decision making. PC literacy with proficiency in the use of Microsoft office products. Be able to work accurately, with good attention to detail. Be able to use databases, spreadsheets, word processing and accounts packages. We need a temporary staff working a 40 hour week for 3 months. Were looking for someone with either: Minimum 2 years working experience.
