International Commercial Bank Albania is looking for an experienced and talented candidate to join its Credit Risk team in the position of a:
Credit Risk Assessment Officer.

Description:
The Credit Risk Assessment Officer will be responsible to assess credit worthiness of a small business loan (SBL) application, providing a comprehensive qualitative & quantitative analysis to loan approval authorities.

Responsibilities:
· Identify and assess key components of a loan application
· Provide covenants and prepare quality credit risk proposals
· Make sure loan file is in accordance with bank’s requirements
· Improve/identify area for improvement from an analytical standpoint
· Provide necessary support and analysis for the preparation of credit risk monthly reporting presentations
· Active role in peer to peer coaching
· Provide analytical and reporting support to departments/managers.
· Other related duties as assigned

Ideal candidate profile:
· A business administration/economics graduate
· Two years of experience in credit application analysis
· Strong analytical skills
· Fluent English
· Strong interpersonal skills
· Social and cooperative
· Self-motivated, focused and flexible
· Confident and responsible team player with good sense of organization
· Able to work independently
· Have high integrity
· Good command of Microsoft package
