The role is responsible for leading and developing the respective area in its entire spectrum, in particular sales and service activities in retail business segments, business development and staff development to ensure that the banks business objectives are achieved in an effective way. Key priority in Achieving customer and product growth target as well as specific financial targets already set by Management. He/she should assure very good and close business collaboration with the main Paga Plus owners in the cities/area, with the state institutions and private business. 100% Achievements of target agreed in Yearly bases. Represent RBAL in a positive and professional manner in and outside the Bank. Acts as an ambassador of the bank in his/her area by maintaining and creating new relations with the institutions/business high representatives to assure respect and mutual collaboration. As the leader of a specific Sub - District he/she should work closely with the Teams in Branches, monitors results, establishes Sales & Service coaching and training to strengthen the effectiveness of the teams and drive to target achievements. Deuties: Business development and management Achieves customer and Product growth targets as well as specific financial Targets-revenue/profit/margin Develops and implements business plans for the Branches so that District annual business objectives and key performance indicators are achieved in Premium, Micro & PI segment; Supports and cooperates with SE business segment; Focus on sales management (SFE discipline) and customer service quality; and assuring that performance of the branches is optimized through proper cost management and appropriate branch presence that reflects potential of the market and bank strategies. Identifies and understands key issues, problems and opportunities and choose effective course of actions and appropriate solutions by keeping in mind facts, constrains and probable consequences. Knows bank policies and procedures and assure staff in respective positions within District adhere and follow them. Ensures business continuity through succession planning management for the District. Organizes the plans and strategy of the District in order to meet the Monthly/Yearly Target Provides Visible Leadership and Motivation to the staff Manages effectively sales organization Ensures operational efficiencies Provides best-in-class Customer Service Ensures 100% compliance Operates as Highly-productive team member Relationship Management Builds strategic working relationships with key functional experts in areas such as Product Management, Business Segments, Operations & IT, Network Development, Customer Service, Credit & Risk Management, HR, Administration, Direct Sales, etc. to ensure that the business and operational objectives are achieved over 100% Builds strategic business relationships with SE businesses, local governors, directors of public institutions and other key players in the respective markets. Acts as an ambassador for the Bank and promotes the brand in a positive manner through Marketing, PR and sponsorship activities. Helps to develop and implement business and overall sales and marketing strategies Responsible for New-to Bank and all existing Customers Relations People Management Manages performance of staff by setting appropriate objectives, constantly coach and train and give feedback to staff; deliver objective performance appraisal. Develops staff by building individual staff development plans and implement them making sure that development opportunities and resources are properly provided and personal attention is given to progress. Builds a successful team by using appropriate methods and a flexible interpersonal style and by facilitating completion of team goals. Performs other tasks as requested by the direct supervisor the District Manager and the Head of Sales and Distribution. Requirements: University degree in Economics or related fields; At least five years of banking experience, out of which three years in management positions, especially in people management; Previous experience in management of sizable teams; managing from distance experience would be an advantage; Expert Level of Retail product knowledge; Strong leadership/people management skills; High reputation and sense of integrity; Self motivated, energetic and requiring minimal supervision; Determined and resilient, willing and able to accept and manage change and lead by example; Flexible and adaptable to take both a strategic and hands-on tactical role when required; Proactive team player; Excellent communication skills, oral and written Very good command of written and spoken English; Very good knowledge of MS Office.
