We are developing a project in the medical field with multi-sensor integrations and real time cycling activities. For this, we are build a team able to adapt in our current design and develop new functionalities along side current architecture.

Duties:
- Translate functional requirements into software application designs and perform application development to implement those designs.
- Accept and complete programming tasks for new development, maintenance and support to existing applications; provide estimates for the work to be completed; participate in code reviews; unit test all work prior to moving to Software Quality.
- Become familiar with the business operations for the organization and make recommendations for improvement where appropriate, along with mentoring other programmer analysts.
- Troubleshoot and investigate production issues found in applications.
- Practice and promote teamwork at all times; set a good personal example of attitude and performance; take ownership of problems and display personal initiative.
- Ensure proper follow-through on all directives, bulletins and schedules from the Corporate Office and Team Manager; maintain a good flow of communication with the Department employees and within the Corporation.
- Defines project objectives by analyzing user requirements; envisioning system features and functionality.
- Designs and develops user interfaces to internet/intranet applications by setting expectations and features priorities throughout development life cycle; determining design methodologies and tool sets; completing programming using languages and software products; designing and conducting tests.
- Recommends system solutions by comparing advantages and disadvantages of custom development and purchase alternatives.
- Integrates applications by applying database architecture and server scripting; studying and establishing connectivity with network systems, search engines, and information servers.
- Creates multimedia applications by using authoring tools.
- Completes applications development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities; contributing to team meetings; troubleshooting development and production problems across multiple environments and operating platforms.
- Supports users by developing documentation and assistance tools.
- Updates job knowledge by researching new internet/intranet technologies and software products; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

Requirements:
Java, Java Applets, Web Programming Skills, Teamwork, Verbal Communication, Web User Interface Design, Software Requirements, Software Development Process, Object-Oriented Design (OOD), Multimedia Content Development, Software Debugging
- Bachelor in Information Tech., Computer Sciences or relevant field of studies.
- Very strong team collaboration skills.
- Ability to handle tasks in high pressure environments.
- Ability to scale knowledge independently and continuously.
- Ability to design/program/consume RESTful web services.
- Good knowledge of SQL and database design principles, ERD creation with Oracle Databases.
- Ability to develop using JSP, CSS, HTML, JavaScript, AJAX/JSON and JavaScript libraries (jQuery or Angular preferred).
