Mellon Albania currently seeks to hire a Call Center Supervisor Job description: Determines the techniques, support, equipment required for achieving the targets of the Call Center Support the CCS department to ensure delivery of department KPIs Set the objectives of the Call Centre (qualitative-quantitative) Sets the targets and assigns tasks among teams Responsible for achieving all quantitative, qualitative, financial and other objectives Functions as the main advisor both to the Company and the Customer Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position Fluent English (oral & written) PC Skills (Specially Excel) Good task management and reporting skills Strong coaching, mentoring and development skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Enthusiasm and target oriented personality Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines The position reports to the Head of operations of Mellon Group.
