is looking for Customer Service Representatives who will handle the following:
• Analysing clients' needs and requests.
• Direct the client towards personalized products and services.
• Provide technical assistance and detailed information.
• Elaborate and develop data in real time.
• Prepare reports.

What you’ll need to win:
• Excellent knowledge of English Language.
• Degree.
• Previous work experience in customer relation.
• Previous work experience in UK would be an asset.
• Good ICT knowledge (PC, word processing, CRM, spreadsheet).
• Able to work in shifts.
