Cable project and implementation Team Specialist

Purpose of position:
Supervising the cable network (with FO and copper) during implementation process. Leading implementation process in the field, coordinating with the authorities which gave the work permit, checking in real time the progress of works, prepare respective progress report according to the daily check done by him/her. Respecting of technical specification and standards approved by Albtelecom and other authorities as per law’s conditions, guaranty the highest quality of works.

Duties:
Participation in preparation of necessary documents for applying for works permit and possible meetings with respective authorities.
Leading of cable network implementation process, for the respective project who will be in charge.
Coordinating with the authorities which have given the works permit for the time schedule and respective conditions as per permit.
Respecting of the technical specifications and standards for the cable networks approved by Albtelecom, in accordance with the rules and recommendations of AKEP and other related government institutes and also in line with international recommends for telecommunication networks.
Realizing of the project as it is designed by project team staff. Because of specific conditions in terrain or because of authorities which provided work permit the cable network implementation specialist has right to change the project maximum 10% of its.
Responsible for following and report the progress of works daily and preparation of the monthly progress reports as per daily works completed.
Responsible to report in real time any possible problem occurred in the field to his superior and has right to stop the works if contractor is not performing as per standards and technical specifications defined in the contract.
Is part of acceptance procedures including preliminary and final ones, as the member of the team which should be controlled.
Confirm the monthly progress reports to the respective departments of Financial Group, in order to be paid, according to the documents needed as per contractual conditions.
Contribute for solving problems occurred during implementation, especially the problems which might be raised by the authorities who provided the works permit.
Cooperation with other technical group for solving problems occurred during implementation.

Skills:
Logical thinking with creative problem-solving ability
Knowledge of Office Package, AUTOCAD, MAPINFO, GIS and other related engineering programs.
Knowledge of telecommunication networks with copper and FO cables.
Knowledge of civil works
Knowledge of the laws, especially the ones connected with construction of telecommunication networks and law for construction in general.
Very good communication with other teams inside the company and also with Contractors and authorities which provide the works permits.
Fast adaption to position to work, energetic, flexible and with full wish to learn and progress
Very good knowledge of English
Great attention to detail

Experience:
Minimum 3 years in similar field, 1 of them in telecommunication sector.

Education:
Master degree in Civil Engineer / Electronic Engineer / Telecommunication or related fields
