Our company, a rapidly growing development office, is looking to hire a qualified individual for the position of Java Developer in Head office, Tirana.

Task Description:
1.Detailed understanding of requirement documents and translate them into java implementation.
2.Ensure that delivered software design and code adhere to non-functional requirements (NFR) of the application.
3.Ensure that software design and code adheres to T&Q quality guidelines of LHIND and should have high unit test coverage.
4.The ressource should have strong commmunication skills and be able to communicate between from nearshore to LHIND onsite colleagues.
5.The resource should work as active project team member.

Requirements:
Education: Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Master Degree in Computer Science a plus.

Skill Requirements (mandatory):
•Java and JSF
•Hibernate, JPA
•EJB 3.X, JAX WS
•Unit Testing
•Understanding of JBoss deployments, Maven Project structure, Code quality tools

Skill Requirerments (optional):
•Enterprise Architect
•Oracle DB
•Air Cargo Revenue Accounting knowledge

Years of experiences:
•One (1) Resource with 7+ years of pure Java development experience
•Two (2) Resources with 4+ years of pure Java development experience

Language: English: very good in verbal and written communication

Additional Info:
•Core Technologies: JSF, Java SE 8, JEE 6, EJB 3.X, JPA, JAX-WS, JMS, Oracle (backend database)
•Deployment Environment: Jboss 6.X EAP (this or higher versions)
•Code Build & Deployment: Maven, Jenkins
•Code Quality: Sonar, PMD, FindBugs, CheckStyle,
•Unit Testing: Junit, Some Mock libraries (Mockito/PowerMock), Code coverage Tools (Jacoco/ clover / etc), Embedded DB (Ex: Hsqldb will be used if needed).
•Integration Testing: Arquillian (This would be considered if test cases demand it).
•Modeling Tools: Enterprise Architect
