Software Developer

Duties:
Analyses the requirements, software specifications and proposed solutions.
Develops applications in different programming languages
Takes care of the maintenance, test and code review of existing software
Develops secure and reliable code following the OWASP guidelines and Teleperformance’s best practice
Writes good documentation, both technical and user tutorials.
Improves operations by conducting systems analysis; recommending changes in procedures and systems
Provides support and maintenance, conferring with users and committers
Keeps information confidential.

Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in IT
• 2+ years of experience
• Good knowledge of written and spoken English and Italian
• Software Development Lifecycle
• Knowledge of global Information Security Standards and knowledge of IP networks, system hardening and process implementation;
• Problem solving
• Proficient in:
Java, NodeJS, PHP, MYSQL, JavaScript, C#, ASP.NET, Shell scripting, asp, AJAX, E-R modelling, UML, XML, SOAP, MS SQL Server, IIS
• Communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional/commitment/e innovation
• Collaboration skills.
