Fibank – Albania, a rapidly growing commercial bank, is looking to hire qualified individuals for the position of Deputy agency manager for Fier Agency.

Deputy BM is responsible for:
•Assisting the customer to use all products and services the Bank offers for business customers.
•Generating new sales and increasing the volume of lending portfolio for business and individual customers.
•Keeping strong relationship with existing and new clients with loan exposure.
•Preparing loan proposals;

Competencies / Skills:
•University Degree in Economic Faculty.
•At least 2-3 years banking experience in loan profile, preferable experience as SME loan officer.
•The candidate must have excellent communication and negotiation skills, good teamwork, strong presentation skills, be a fast learner and able to adopt quickly to a new and dynamic environment;
•Very good working knowledge of spoken and written English;
•Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
