PRINTEC Group Of Companies, a leading Technology Solutions Provider and Systems Integrator in South-Eastern Europe, offering end-to-end solutions for Banking, Retail, Telecommunications industries and Public Sector, seeks to recruit a highly motivated professional for its operations in Albania, Tirana.

- Effectively and cooperatively provide superior customer support and problem resolution;
- Provide software support for the retail application of Telekom;
- Constant interaction with customers to receive projects’ specifications, respond to requests and support implemented applications and systems
- Configuring new functionality into Printec software solution;
- Log, research, and accurately resolve complex customer inquiries and problems in a timely manner, meet and exceed SLAs;
- Provide detailed reporting, identify functionalities and provide status updates on identified issues;
- Follow procedures and continually improve internal processes for Maintenance of Solutions that are in Production.

- Graduate degree: Computer Science, Engineering or related field;
- Software Knowledge: Internet, MS-Office products: Outlook, Word & Excel and/or Customer Relationship Management tools
- Experience and good knowledge of TCP/IP networks and security systems;
- Year of experience: 1-2 years’ experience or recent graduates
- Written and spoken fluency in English of English language;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Positive attitude for learning new technologies and skills;
- Teamwork and collaboration – ability to cooperates effectively with the others;
- Ability to have a patient, friendly, approachable behavior with customers at all times. Must have a strong commitment to Information Technology as a customer service function.
