For more please visit www.mazars.al ON BEHALF OF A CLIENT, MAZARS IN ALBANIA IS POSTING THE BELOW VACANCY: Position: Human Resources Specialist Direct / Indirect reports: Head of Finance & Administration General purpose of the position: Ensures that: 1) All vacant positions are filled with suitable candidates, 2) employee benefits are administered effectively, 3) employees receive required developmental training & Certification, 4) employee data are updated, 5) employee requests are dealt promptly; Main duties and responsibilities: -Implementation of HR procedures & activities, hiring, dismissal, contracts etc.; -Keeps relations with Albanian Authorities for HR issues (Labor Office, Tax office, etc); -Prepares monthly and annually HR statistics, analysis and reports in due time; -Administration of personnel files and data information; -Informs in due time for the achieved results, the serious problems raised during the operation and proposes necessary measures; -Holds responsibility for electronic system of psychometric tests to candidates and employees; -Oversees the compliance with Albanian Legislation in respect to the effectiveness and efficiency rules and regulations before signing / confirming all official letters / orders; -Holds responsibility for implementation of respective contractual obligations, internal rules and regulations of the company, including Code of Conduct, Dress Code & any additional Client Requirements; -Full digitalization of HR processes -Control and Operation of Time Attendance system and Working hours -Operating the electronic HR system -Communication activities for all staff -Talent Management system for internal advancements -Coordination of Evaluation System of all staff -Developmental plan & Educational Seminars (Internal Management seminars) -Suggest, implements & monitors Motivation and Benefits Policy for all staff -Employee Complaint Management -Coordinates the implementation of the Annual Vacation Plan; Skills & Experience: -Masters Degree -3 to 5 years of generalist HR experience in recruitment, training & HR administration -Knowledge of the requirements of the Albanian Labor Code -HRMS knowledge -Excellent command of English language -Excellent PC Skills (MS Office) -Interviewing skills Job Specific Competencies: -Interpersonal Skills -Fast Learning -Organizational Awareness -Creative Thinking -Problem Solving -Diversity Management -Human Resources Management If you do fulfill all the mentioned criteria, please send your application accompanied by all other relevant documentations that prove your qualifications and experiences to the email address: recruitements@mazars.al having the subject: Human Resources Specialist
