Perform the operation and maintenance tasks for all Core Network nodes/systems under MSS Team responsibility and ensure service availability at 100%

Duties:
Check on daily basis the alarms and make follow up for all Core nodes such as MSC,MWG, HRL,HSS, STP.
Follow the operation for new RP setup and testing of IR21, IR34, IR38.
Troubleshooting of issues raised by Roaming Partners.
Perform subscriber trace, analyze and troubleshoot the signaling flow , in order to solve the complains raised.
Follow the KPI of network on daily basis and check their impact on the live traffic.
Take proactive actions and remedies to keep the values within given SLA.
Act as focal contact point for all issues related to Roaming Complains and guarantee service continuity for both Outbound and Inbound visitors.
Act as a contact point for other departments request for such as Marketing and Billing. Offer solution to new product setup, optimization of flow for existing ones and exploit new features and services of current network.
Follow the Installation, Commissioning and Acceptance Test for new node introduction into the topology.

Qualifications:
Excellent knowledge of Telecommunication from Core Network profile
Good skills in SS7 network protocols.
Good knowledge for Signaling Call flow for Voice and SMS traffic.
Good knowledge of Roaming signaling flow, setup and troubleshooting
Excellent communication and analytical skills
Problem Solving capability
Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken)
Able and willing to work in team
Willing to work under pressure

Experience:
Min 3 years of experience in Mobile Telecommunication Company

Education:
Bachelor degree in Electronics/Telecommunication
