Job position: Inventory Specialist Department: Receiving Department Location: Tirana East Gate, (TEG), Tirana
Summary: Responsible for inventory, counting and scanning right product in accordance with company standards.
Duties:
-Participate in the preparation and conduct of inventories in all departments of the store;
-Count and scan the goods according to company standards;
-Monitor and remove inventory differences;
-Daily counts items with negative available;
-Excellent knowledge of the inventory system and handled properly with scanning device;
-Monitor compliance with strict hygiene requirements (items with expiration date) and if necessary inform the relevant manager;
-Observe the internal rules concerning the presence of clothing, personal hygiene and protection;
-Daily prepare and distribute current labels with prices departments;
-Checks if all labels and signs are visible and are properly located;
-Informs supervisor for received customer complaints;
-Comply with the approved daily, weekly and monthly work schedule;
-Inform their supervisor for all daily issues that provides a way to resolve;
-Excellent knowledgeand observationofall internal procedures related products, hygiene and emergency response;
-Actively participate in all projects related to its field of action;
-Performs other tasks set by his immediate supervisor or manager, subject to the relevant safety instructions at work.

Qualifications:
-Education: University degree.
-Work Experiences: At least 1 year of professional experience, advantage is also the relevant experience in Retail.
-Additional qualifications:
-Very good computer literacy of Microsoft Office Package (excel, Word, Power point);
-Very good command of English language – spoken and written;
-Additional skills:
-Communication and leadership skills;
-Time management skills and ability to work in team.
