To assist the department manager in leading, directing and motivating the sales team in order to achieve the overall Institutional sales objectives and to assist in generating sales opportunities by identifying appropriate business targets. Duties: Responsible for Sectors business operations, revenues and profitability. Supervises an assigned team in order to maximize sales revenue and company figures Deliver commercial proposals for special tailored offers on commercial transactions as per client's needs, negotiate with clients, and conclude deals. Keep management informed by submitting daily/weekly/monthly reports. Reviews progress of sales and encourage team work, distribute target and monitor the achievement Resolve customer complaints by communicating with the relevant departments. Maintain professional and technical knowledge on Procurement low, and closely monitor and follow up the tenders published in Procurement Agency. Coordinate closely with all Company Units for managing the tender's process until successful implementation. Lead tender's process by allocating all tasks to assigned team's members Leads coverage of relationship management with institutional &NGOs Plan and execute regular meetings with existing or potential clients for promoting company products& services. Requirements: Customer oriented person Excellent communication and negotiating skills Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office package Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken) Able and willing to work in team Valid driving license Willing to work under pressure.
