Asst. Specialist - Alternative Distribution Channel Operations Department

Duties:
-Prepare POS for installation, install and train merchant in their location in Albania,
-Control POS of Albania in the field and ensure that all the POS are operating properly,
-Ensure that Albanian merchant in which is installed the POS is conducting the business as declared and according to the
respective agreement,
-Monitor Albanian merchants activity (new merchant, ongoing merchant and periodic merchant review),
-Manage the issues in POS and solve the problems on POS of Albania,
-Ensure POS security standards are applied in POS of Albania and Kosovo,
-Test and ensure that all new enhancements in POS of Albania and Kosovo are according to the requirements and standards,
-Identify and test software bugs and forward them to the responsible parties,
-Follow up the issues, supply the requested information to the third party provider and make sure that the suggested
modifications are implemented on the system,

Requirements:
-Bachelor analytical degree, preferably in a quantitative field such as Informatics, Electronic Engineering, Electric Engineering,
-Statistics or similar fields
-Basic knowledge in SQL
-Good knowledge in retail banking
-Good communication skills
-Driving license
-Be willing to travel within the country
