TELEPERFORMANCE ALBANIA worldwide leader in the contact center services, positioned even in Albania is looking for:
IT Security Analyst

Main duties:
Supporting the organization in the implementation of Security policies and procedures in a consistent way;
Increasing the overall security awareness;
Manage security risks;
Responsible for day to day operational security tasks;
Check if predefined security policies and procedures are in place and when missing coordinate implementation of these security requirements in the Teleperformance organization;
Execution of Fraud Risk assessments and their follow-up;
Create an insight in specific customer security requirements and check if these requirements are met;
Responsible for (Contractual) security/anti-fraud Compliance;
Training and coaching the internal organization to improve security awareness;
Contact for reporting fraud, security & noncompliance incidents;
Report to management in case of non-conformity to policies;

Ensure high security level;

Responsible for (Contractual) security/anti-fraud Compliance.

Requirements:
Bachelor degree in IT (security) ;
+3 years field specific work experience.

Technical Skills:
Knowledge of global Information Security Standards and knowledge of IP networks, system hardening and process implementation;
Excellent PC skills.

Soft and specific skills:
Able to identify risks in the area of information security and who will take action to minimalize the risks where possible;
Someone who is actively focused on achieving results and objectives: ready to take action in time in case the end-result deadlines are not being made;
Able to organize own work by setting realistic goals and working in a systematic way;
English written/spoken;
Italian written/spoken;
Communication and collaboration skills;
The new Security Analyst should be committed to achieve the required results.
