The Late Work Out unit is established within the Workout Department for the purpose of maximizing the recoveries of SE / Corporate customers in late stages of recovery (mainly execution) for Bank and Leasing. Duties: Ultimate responsibility for management of the relationship with customers under Late WO status. Responsible to maximize recovery and minimize losses of the Late Wo portfolio through elaborating and undertaking the most adequate & optimal Workout Strategies for individual cases handled by the Unit, starting from transfer to Late WO until full recovery of the exposure. Ensure timely and qualitative mandatory actions & due diligences (collateral, legal & financial if applicable) upon transfer, with the immediate goal to define whether an out of court settlement is viable or foreclosure /execution is the final WO strategy; Clear recommendations on the exit strategy and measures to the decision makers, and to coordinate the approval process related to the strategy including the management of information flow with special care on time management, by granting sufficient processing and decision time to the units and/or to the decision makers involved; Responsible for timely default recognition of LWO portfolio (if direct transfer from Business) and estimation of future cash flows to define adequate individual loan loss provisions based on regular computation of potential economic loss via impairment tool Timely execution of approved Workout strategies, following up on strategy- implementation and to detect potential needs for further adjustment of strategies in time, with the permanent aim of maximising recovery or minimizing losses (within the frequency defined in the local or group regulations) Ensure feedback loop (lessons learned) to non-retail underwriting, collateral management, business and to credit product development for the LWO cases; Management of LWO portfolio, including accurate and realistic budgeting and forecast, and responsible for target achievement of LWO officers. Signal to relevant units, Credit Fraud / Compliance on any suspicion of fraud, and timely reporting of operational risk events/incidents; Contribute and assists to Workout related projects, audits, conferences, seminars, trainings (trainee /trainer) etc. Fulfills the other duties assigned by superiors Requirements: University degree in Economic Sciences or Law .
