IuteCredit Albania is a subsidiary of an International consumer credit company that started its operations in Albania in 2015. It aims to be the fastest and the most comfortable credit provider in Albania, through easy access and very simple application process in every interaction of the customer with IUTE CREDIT.

We are looking for a reliable Customer Care candidate. This role will manage all digital contact channels with the customer and the candidate should be energetic and ready to offer an extraordinary experience to the customer. Customer Care

Job Duties:
Provide information to customers in every digital contact channel with IUTE credit
Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information.
Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems.
Fulfills requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions; forwarding requests.
Sells additional services by recognizing opportunities to up-sell; explaining new features.
Maintains call center database and CRM by entering information.
Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Prepare reports as requested for the channel of communication in charge

Knowledge, skills required:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask in a very dynamic environment
Customer satisfaction orientation and sales competencies
Ability to work independently and in a team environment, with limited supervision, and be a self-starter
Ability to react to stressful situations with professionalism while remaining calm
Must be tolerant of all personality types of clients, customers, employees and others
Working knowledge of Microsoft office applications
