The PLAZA Tirana is looking for vacant positions in Kitchen Department CHEF DE PARTIE Duties: - Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes as per executive chef requirements - Helping in developing new dishes and menus - Making sure that all food items are prepared as per executive chef requirements. - Hotel Hygiene and sanitation standards are attained in his section. - Preparing daily deliveries according to the functions, check stock situation and follow up the delivery quality. - Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins - Ensuring that all equipment in his /her specific section is correctly handled and maintained. Requirements: This position requires experience in the kitchen of at least three years in similar positions. Candidates should have knowledge and skills for the followings: - Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace Albanian, English & Italian. - Complies with hotel`s fire, health and safety policy. - Trains employees in his section the methods of working.
