On behalf of our client in the telecommunication field, we are looking for potential candidates to join their team in Prishtina, COUNTRY MANAGER Responsibilities: Takes care of the company-customer relation optimization; Takes care of the good development of the sales process; Takes care of the correct commercial documentation; Takes care of promoting company image in relation with the customers; Takes care not to disclose the results and all sensible information related to the company's activity (ex. Customers,market research results); Responsibility for present and future partners related to the area of telecommunication services with value-added and mobile technology. Tasks: Involvement in the building, training the sales force; Tracks and manages the marketing and sales budget, participates in setting the marketing and sales target; Manages the marketing database of the company; Informs the customers or potential customers regarding the companiesĀ activities directly or by means of mass-media; Identifies the market structure, current and potential customers; Researches the market concerning the used prices in the activity field and makes suggestions to the companyĀs business model/prices change; Collects the market data and makes market reports; Executes any other tasks given by hierarchical manager; Observes the regulations regarding work protection, environment protection and those regarding emergency situations; Knows and observes the Internal Regulation; Observes the set work procedures and the legal regulations regarding the quality standards. Job Requirements: Reaching the marketing goal set for the 12 months period; Reaching and maintaining the set companys strategy for the 12 months period; Good market knowledge; Communication skills; Persuasive and positive attitude; Good judgment and problem solving skills; Stress and effort resistant; Correctness and loyalty towards the company; Disciplined and organized; Planning and organizing skills; Management skills; Experience in work or cooperation with mobile operators is advantage; Bachelor's or master's degree (desirably techincal related); Highly responsible and initiative; Excellent verbal and written English communication.
