Sr. Account Executive - New Business Development Barrister Global Services Network Inc. is seeking a dynamic, team oriented and result driven Sr. Account Executive - New Business Development. The primary function of this role as the Sr. Account Executive, New Business Development, is to prospect, secure, and manage new clients in new channels to expand and diversify the reach of Barrister Worldwide. In addition to responding to any requests that come into Barrister, this role will be focused on proactive new client identification, opportunity development and relationship management to capture and grow new business for Barrister. This position will be the primary relationship manager between Barrister and its new clients. The candidate should possess the ability to identify new opportunities, build and manage a sales funnel, and can focus and determine which opportunities have the highest probability of success. The candidate will also need to develop strong client relationships, update and train partner sales teams on the products, and implement growth initiatives to drive success in new markets. The Sr. Account Executive, New Business Development will be responsible to meet or exceed established financial and growth targets and manage day to day client support to ensure client satisfaction and cross-functional teams (marketing, technology, supply chain, finance, etc.) to align on strategies, priorities, and to develop solutions that will win new business to enable profitable growth. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: New Business · Partner with leadership to develop and execute new business development strategy for new clients. · Partner with the sales team to develop and sell-in solutions that drive value, solve problems, and meet the objectives for the client as well as their customers. · Identify potential clients, growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network to engage key decision makers within client organizations. · Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the segments unique selling propositions and differentiators. · Partner with internal functional leaders to manage opportunity evaluation and pricing process. · Negotiate commercial agreements with new clients. · Lead execution of new client launches by coordinating internal and client functional area teams. Account Management · Own client relationships with new partners in different locations. · Develop strong client relationships with key decision-makers and implement sales enablement initiatives in partner distribution channels with a strong focus on point of sale training and execution. · Meet or exceed established financial and growth targets and manage day to day responses to product related escalations and ensure client satisfaction. · Assess and respond to gaps between current product, customer needs, and competitive offerings by developing strategies and tactics that drive sales. · Manage multiple simultaneous client sales enablement programs. · Deliver training and presentations via phone or at client location as justified. Required Skills and Experience: · Minimum of 8 years of experience in business development, account management, or outside sales, developing profitable strategic partnerships and effectively managing a sales pipeline. · Experience in Value Added Reseller channel or B2B managed services is preferred. · Bachelors degree required (concentration in Business, Marketing or other relevant subject area is ideal). · Demonstrated success in quota and account/client management and selling through influence. · Contact management, time management and strong organizational skills. · Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and deliver results. · Presentation skills to small and large groups. · Customer collaboration and consensus building skills. · Problem solving, negotiation and analytical skills. · Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. · Must have a resourceful and positive "can-do" attitude. · Is detail-oriented and has highly developed organizational and time management skills. · Has strong listening and positioning skills, with a demonstrated ability to understand customer needs and articulate solutions. · Strong experience & proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and financial/data analysis.
