“Cetrix Cloud Services” is seeking a Scrum Master to join its Salesforce team.

The Scrum Master should have the following capabilities:
-Excellent command of English (oral and written).
-At least Bachelor’s degree in computer science, ITC and software related field.
-3-5 years of experience in Information Technology and software development.
-2-3 years of experience in software project management.
-Flexibility in working in the Office and remotely.
-Work 8 hours a day with flexibility to adapt with different time zones.
-Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
-Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
-Ability to build customer relationships and develop strategies to respond to customer needs.
-Ability to analyze complex problems and facilitate appropriate solutions under pressure.
-Strong attention to detail and ability to make sense of complex business processes and new technologies.
-Ability to write and estimate User Stories.

Preferable:
-Experience with Salesforce CRM software, other CRM and marketing technologies a strong plus.
-Certified Scrum Master or Software Project Manager.
