AMD is looking for potential candidate to fulfill the position of Finance and Procurement Manager.

Finance & Procurement Manager will play a key role in financial and procurement management and ensure that staff and management receive high quality, professional and responsive services. She/he will also implement financial and procurement management policies, procedures and systems and ensure compliance with company standards as well as maintain oversight of day-to-day financial and procurement, activities.

Duties:
1.Manage all financial and procurement management activities including bank account and petty cash reconciliations; accounts payable; sourcing and contracting of suppliers; review and verification of invoices; data entry into accounting systems; fund transfers; and bank, and cash payments.
2.Assist with strategic financial management activities including annual budget development, financial planning and cash flowing, and financial reporting.
3.Develop project-level financial and procurement management policies and procedures, manage rollout and oversight compliance, reporting and periodic review.
4.Develop and maintain effective working relationships with the team and manage the provision of high quality and responsive services.
5.Provide expert guidance in the costing of personnel, activities and operations.
6.Organizes and maintain comprehensive financial and procurement files and ensure all recording is compliant with audit, company and client requirements.
7.Manage purchasing and procurement activities including supplier management and ensure value for money.
8.Support senior management to establish and implement policies and procedures for fraud control, anti-corruption and anti-bribery.
9.Other duties as required.

Requirements:
1.University Degree in Finance and Accounting.
2.Five to eight years’ experience with financial and procurement management.
3.Demonstrated high-level experience in the implementation of financial and procurement management systems including the ability to operate accounting software, cashbooks, cash transfers, and different purchasing systems.
4.Demonstrated sound experience and solid practical understanding of VAT, income tax, and other Albanian taxes.
5.Demonstrated record of paying attention to detail and an impeccable record of working in senior positions of trust with responsibility for financial affairs and cash handling.
6.Excellent interpersonal skills, including patience, diplomacy, willingness to listen to and respect colleagues. Must be capable of working both individually and as part of a team.
7.Proven ability to provide timely and accurate financial reports.
8.Highly developed verbal and written communication skills in English. Knowledge of German language is a plus.
