In order to strengthen our capacities in sales and marketing, we are seeking to recruit a:
Sales and Marketing Senior Specialist / Manager

Salary: Above Average and Career Opportunities

Your main responsibilities will consist in:
-Responsible for marketing and sales yearly planning and activities
-Responsible for sales forecasting and sales tracking
-Prepares annual budget for marketing and sales activities
-Determines annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales for specific products, projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products
-Prepares and completes action plans for sales, determining system improvements and implementing change.
-Analyze trends and results; supports in establishing pricing strategies and/or recommending selling prices
-Identify trend that effect current and future growth of sales and profitability by monitoring costs, competition, supply and demand.
-Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews
-Sustains relationship with clients by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities and their needs
-Create strong relationships with key customers to ensure a high costumer- service standards.
-Nurture and enrich all external perceptions of the company and growth of market share
-Engage consumers on social media
-Responsible for planning special promotions, advertising, and event marketing.
-Good communication skill and willingness to travel
-Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

Requirements:
-University degree (Marketing Studies is preferred)
-At least 2 years of experience in related positions
-Very good interpersonal and communication skills
-Experience in developing marketing and sales strategies
-Quick learner, self-motivated and able to work autonomously
-Strong interpersonal skills, including communication, sales & negotiation, influence and conflict resolution
-Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
-A valid driver’s license
-Good command of English Language

Preferred:
-Experience in photo concept and usage or/and selling digital professional cameras
-Knowledge and passion about photography and professional cameras.
