The PLAZA Tirana is looking for BELLBOY

POSITION SUMMARY:
Greet and welcome arriving guests as they enter the hotel. Help the guests carry their luggage and bring them to their respective hotel rooms.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
-Welcome and escort guests to and from their rooms and assist with luggage.
-Courteously greeting customers and provide them high quality service
-Inform Guests of all services, facilities, room and safety features and, if time permits, promote hotel outlets.
-Occasionally park and retrieve guest’s vehicles.
-Assisting the customers with their needs.
-Occasionally assists the other departments on sending documents and other needs.

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:
-Wide knowledge and expertise in customer service.
-High school.
-Fluent in English. Skills in speaking other foreign languages are a plus.
-Driving License.
