Job position: Customer Care Agent Location: Head office Department: Retail operations and Customer Care Reports to: Team Leader Main job task and responsibilities - Inbound Deal directly with customers in all the inbound or outbound channels by providing the needed information ( phone, facebook, , email) Handle and address promptly customer requests Keep records of customer interactions and transactions Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints in the system Route calls to appropriate resource Follow up on customer interactions Document all call information according to standard operating procedure Key competencies: Very good communication skills Problem analysis and problem solving Customer service orientation Judgment Adaptability Team work Stress tolerance Education and experience: High school diploma or equivalent Proficient in Microsoft office applications Required language proficiency (English optional) Knowledge of customer service principles and practices Some experience in a call center or customer service environment Good data entry and typing skills Interested candidates may send their applications by our e-mail address hr@neptun.al Deadline:05/08/2016
