Frost & Fire Consulting, a legal and business consulting company is looking for a: Administrative Assistant. Duties include general clerical, receptionist and project-based work. Project a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction. Duties and responsibilities: Recordkeeping and bookkeeping of companys financial records. Support the professional staff in assigned project based work, including typing, revising and proofreading. Create, modify, and copyedit documents as required. Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing. Setup and coordinate logistics of meetings. Maintain schedules of Partners. Maintain mail registry and document protocol Respond and transfer as appropriate phone inquiries. Meet and greet clients and visitors. Ensure attractive and tidy appearance of common spaces. Other support duties as assigned. Qualifications: University diploma. Excellent writing and copy-editing skills. Must have fluent use of Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint preferred. Excellent manners and communication skills Ability to multitask, prioritize and organize well Typing speed of 40 words per minute or higher Superior knowledge of Albanian grammar and business writing. Very good English required; knowledge of other languages desirable Additional advantageous skills: Ability to multitask, recordkeeping and bookkeeping experience, editorial/proofreading experience.
